Contractor Operations platform

MS Sync is the internal operational platform used by M&S Custom Design LLC to assign work, receive completed submissions, and pay weekly invoices to its contracted subcontractors.

About M&S Custom Design LLC

M&S Custom Design LLC is a Florida construction firm. It coordinates field work with a network of independent subcontractor businesses (drywall, paint, tile, etc.) across South Florida. Each subcontractor is an independent business that M&S Custom Design LLC has a pre-existing commercial relationship with.

MS Sync is the internal tool that supports that work: assignment, submission of before/after photographs, office review, weekly invoicing, and operational SMS notifications.

SMS messaging program

Who receives SMS: subcontractors who have been onboarded by M&S Custom Design LLC office staff AND who have separately opted in via the in-app SMS consent checkbox. This is not a public consumer SMS service.

What we send: operational notifications about new project assignments, approval or correction of completed work, and compliance reminders. Typical frequency: 1–5 messages per week per subcontractor. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

What we don't send: marketing, promotional, or third-party content. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

For carrier / Twilio / TCR reviewers

The actual SMS consent screen lives behind sign-in (the platform is invite-only — subcontractors must be onboarded by M&S Custom Design LLC office staff before they can reach it).
